From the country that brought you baguettes, berets and brie we present les Chefs des Chansons. This team of patriotic partisan pastry chefs from Paris are our recommendations for food and drink fayres, cabarets of cuisine and gastronomic galas.

This wonder filled walkabout was originally commissioned for cardiff International Food Festival and has since toured to many fun filled food festivities.

Bizarrely enough we have even performed it France.
